We want you to be happy with your purchase, however if you change your mind you can return it to us. We will take back any items that are in a resellable condition within 14 days of purchase.

You can either:

• Return it to your local with proof of purchase
• Arrange collection by emailing us at [email protected] with your order number and product details

The return of perishable items (i.e. cement, plaster) will not be accepted.

*Please note that our minimum charge for this collection service is 15% of the order value and may be more depending on your location and product type. Once the products have been returned, you will be refunded within 7 days.
