Online orders below £300 ex VAT are subject to delivery charges, as stated below:

- £0 - £300 ex Vat, Delivery Charge £20 inc VAT
- £300 ex Vat + : No delivery Charge.

Returns & Refunds

You can either:
- Return it to your local with proof of purchase
- Arrange collection by emailing us at enquiries@coversmerchants.co.uk with your order number and product details The return of perishable items (i.e. cement, plaster) will not be accepted.

*Please note that our minimum charge for this collection service is 15% of the order value and may be more depending on your location and product type. Once the products have been returned, you will be refunded within 7 days.
